Your enquiry is non-binding
The accommodation, transfer and travel forms are for making contact. Book enquiries in the shop are also non-binding. The website accepts no online bookings or payments; an enquiry alone creates no booking or processing fees.
Your individual offer
Before a binding booking or order, you will receive a personal offer detailing the services, total price, payment method, availability and applicable contract information. Additional terms and conditions apply only if they have been provided before the contract is concluded and validly agreed. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
The cultural trip as a package holiday
BalticTravel organises the cultural trip to Nida. Package holidays are governed by sections 651a et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB). Before you make your contractual declaration, the statutory travel information, including the appropriate standard form, must be provided. This includes the travel services, total price, payment arrangements and, where applicable, minimum participant numbers and cancellation information.
For payments before the end of a package holiday, the statutory insolvency protection requirements must be met. Details of the protection provider and the legally required evidence must be provided before such a payment. This website does not replace that evidence.
Changing or cancelling a trip
Changes, cancellations, travel defects and refunds are subject to statutory provisions and the validly agreed terms of the specific contract. This website does not set flat-rate cancellation fees or exclusions of liability. Please tell us about requested changes or problems as early as possible.
Book enquiries and the right of withdrawal
Before you order the book, we will confirm availability, total price, delivery area, delivery time and payment terms. Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance purchases. The withdrawal information and model withdrawal form required for the specific contract must be provided before it is concluded. An enquiry on this website is not yet a purchase contract.
